I just love this company and everything it stands for. I purchased the spray for grief and just love it, I use it regularly, it helps my sleep and really helps me manage a very difficult situation in my life. My sister sent me the Grief pack after our mum passed. I was skeptical at first, but then found myself reaching for the lava rock and the oil blend whenever I felt overwhelmed. The blend is perfect and I ended up carrying my lava rock with me as I moved around the house, sometimes just walking around with it in my pocket.
