If for any reason you (or the recipient) are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.
Follow these easy steps:
- Simply forward your “Kinology Order Confirmation” within 30 days by email to help@kinology.gifts and specify your reason for return.
- Kinology will respond within 48hrs with a prepaid return postal label via email, with instructions for returning the products.
- You may return any of our gift packs in accordance with the terms of this Policy, but only as a whole with all products included. Individual products within a gift pack may not be individually refunded or exchanged.
- All products must be un-used, original condition.
- Upon receipt of the returned unused gift pack, a refund will be processed via the method of original payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to present on a statement.
International Returns (products delivered outside of Australia)
If for any reason you (or the recipient) are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.

- Kinology will log your return and await delivery of the returned unused product.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the products.
- You may return any of our gift packs in accordance with the terms of this Policy, but only as a whole with all products included. Individual products within a gift pack may not be individually refunded or exchanged.
- All products must be un-used, original condition.
