Easy, free returns.
If for any reason your gift is not well received by the recipient, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
The products must be unused. You must return the giftpack, with all products included. Individual products within a giftpack may not be individually refunded or exchanged.
Simply contact us within 30 days by email at help@kinology.gifts
Upon receipt of the emailed request, we will provide you with a prepaid return postal label via email with instructions for returning the products.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to return the pack in person to:

A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned products (in unused original condition) via the method of original payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to present on a statement.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given, we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
Should the recipient experience an adverse reaction to a Kinology product, or has any quality concerns with their product, they should discontinue use and email help@kinology.gifts immediately.
